OpSonata supports both the coordinator and the operator throughout the entire working day, from planning the routes to analysing end-of-day performance.
Plan the routes
The coordinator draws collection routes in the editor, assigns them by day and sector, and makes them available to field operators.
Operator navigates in the field
On their smartphone, the operator starts GPS navigation on the assigned route. Turn-by-turn instructions, automatic recalculation when off-route.
Coordinator monitors progress
On the live operations map, the manager sees in real time the position and progress of each operator and all open incident reports.
